Good Lucky pieces are crafted in solid 14k gold and designed for everyday wear. Unlike plated jewelry, solid gold won’t tarnish or fade over time.
Your piece may naturally develop subtle marks and character with daily wear (we like to think it adds a little personality).
To maintain a brighter, more polished finish, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and excessive moisture when possible.
Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use. Clean gently with warm water and mild dish soap, then polish with a soft cloth as needed.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipment. Every piece is handcrafted in New York City and made just for you.

Because each Good Lucky piece is made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If your piece requires repair, we'll review the issue and do our best to help. Depending on the nature of the repair, a repair fee may apply.
